The teacher acts as a facilitator and is given the flexibility to choose tools that best suit the learners' needs. Teachers identify learning gaps and address them effectively to help children learn and progress. Efforts are made to minimize the dominance of writing by introducing alternative assessment modes such as debates, recitations, oral exams, art projects, and open-book examinations. This is a flexible system where everyone engages in learning according to their needs and interests. Teachers do not label, threaten, or compare children with others. In addition to academic subjects, we place significant emphasis on art education, physical and health education, and work experience.
